Lisa worked closely with long time clients of Realtors Limited who decided it was time to purchase their “forever home” on the island. Lisa helped them to find a perfect piece of land in the Royal Westmoreland Golf Community where they will be building their dream home. This collaboration with Royal Westmoreland saw them picking a beautiful spot in Mahogany Heights Ridge which will be have their four bedroom home built and completed in 2023.

Andrew Croney – Porters Gate 19 – Residential Investment Property

2022 was Andrew’s first year in real estate and what a great start! His first sale was Porter’s Gate 19, a charming 2-bedroom holiday home on the west coast. Andrew took the sale from listing to closing in two months and the Realtors Limited team now manages the property and offers it for short-term holiday rentals for the new owners, who purchased the home as an investment property. A great start to a bright career in Real Estate.

Huge Congratulations to Jason for selling Clarence House, a gorgeous complex featuring top of the line finishes, furnishings, and décor.
