The Tenants will be responsible for the build out of the office (there is a plan attached in our flyers for an idea of the layout that can be done).  Rental cost includes assigned Underground Car Parking Spaces for the Tenants, a Back-Up Generator that will run the entire Building should the Electricity go off and a Back-Up supply of Potable Water as well.  The rent will be Bds$52.00 per sq.ft. per Annum plus Electricity and Water, which will be metered and Invoiced to the Tenant every Month according to how much they use. There is also a Common Services Charge of Bds$22.00 per sq.ft. per Annum.
