Have an expert look at the home before you purchase to share recommendations on anticipated maintenance that may be required. Consider renovation investments. An updated kitchen or bathroom can help you rent your home for more or may be the difference between a guest choosing your home verses your neighbours. Determine if the home is being sold furnished, or how much it may cost you to furnish the property.
