“Mr. Nick” Parravicino celebrated his 84th birthday on Sep 2.

He founded Realtors Ltd. in 1954 with his late wife Sheila, known to all as “Mrs. P”, and recalled in this Ins and Outs article celebrating the 60 year anniversary of the company, things have changed quite a lot from the days when business was conducted in Pounds Sterling and properties were auctioned every Friday at attorney’s offices.

He’s seen it all over the last 63 years in the Real Estate business, from the growth of the Barbados tourism and real estate industry thanks to people such as Ronald Tree (creator of the Sandy Lane golf / hotel concept) and famous designer Oliver Messel, to the connected world of today where people thousands of miles away can book a vacation online in a couple of minutes.
